Luckily for you the bolt is accessible. It looks like you've already drilled it out some so I don't know what diameter to suggest. However the "correct what should you do" is get a caliper, measure the diameter, find the right drill bit and tap combination and tap out the hole with new threads. Torque the new bolt to spec.

I personally never drilled anything out, but umm it sounds like that's the route I'll take with her.... Had someone suggest thread locking it what do you think about that??

You can't supply the correct torque on one of your main engine mounts. I'd drill and tap it. If you're going to use thread lock/glue use JB Weld.

Alright thanks man, I'll prob get my mechanic to drill and tap it so I don't have to deal with it anymore ..... I'm pretty sure there integra mounts previous owner was really dumb so idk but they suck I know that much might need a new rear engine mount it tends to play on and off the chassis
