swap out the map with a known good one. it is easy enough. clear the code and see if it returns. if not, replace it with a new valve.

Can you be more specific I don't know much about cars, I'm just trying to avoid being rip-off by my mechanics "No offence to mechanics here but it is true"... what do you mean by swap out the map? Clear the code?...
Thanks in advance I need instructions like mechanics for dumb...

"swap out the map" means replace the sensor with a new one.
It sits on top of your thorttle body. I belive it actually plugs into it. Then on the other end of the wires plugs into the wire harness. Clearing the code entails removing the ecu fuse from the fuse box under the hood for 15 sec or so. This will reset your computer without resting all electronices in your car, i.e radio codes. Now if this still doesn't make any sense to you, then you need to get a friend that has some idea of what were talking about. Otherwise you need to get a helms manual.
(I belive I am thinking of the correct sensor, someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

look for the radio fuse [according to the helms manual]. its the 7.5a on the top row closest to the firewall

Ok I reset the ECU the light has not come back yet, does that mean the problem is gone?... the initial issue was "P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage"...
