Hey guys I need some insight.
I just bought a USDM type-r exhaust with the catalytic convertor. Now I've measure the internal diameter of the inlet and its NOT 2.1/4". But it is on the outside of the flange area. I know its not a B16 cat either because the flanges don't line up with the header. Does anyone have pics of an actual ITR cat-convertor that they can post up so I can see and compare or certain measuring tricks to determine if it actually is a type-r cat.
