Are rays CE28 same as v-speed?

rays CE28 = v-speed?
I am pretty new at this, so pls pls help me out here. I was to a store today and this guys was trying to sell me these wheels called rays V-speed. I took a look at them and it looked like the CE28's.
Is he trying to jip me? are there ways to tell if it's real volk?

Well, the real ones say Volk Racing on them, for one.
There's also the sticker on the inside of the wheel that says what size they are, offset, etc. That sticker also will say Rays Engineering or Volk, whatever.
Pretty easy to tell.
