Which rates should I get?
Which omnipower full coilover rates should i get? 10k-8k or 12k-10k? Will the coil overs made for a 92-95 eg work for my 96 del sol?

Do you track the car? Autocross? If you do then you might look into the 12k/10ks, but those could be a bit too stiff if all you're doing is daily driving. However I do read that the Omnipowers are matched rather well so the ride might not be as bad as some other brands'.

Yes.

Aren't they 10k/6k and 12k/8k?
I have the 10k/6k on my semi-gutted coupe and it feels good on the road. You can definately feel it if you hit a pothole or something.. but other than that, it's pretty smooth and handles well.
