I picked this one up from a friend of mine in Canada. I've only seen one other of these. Any clue as to what this thing came off of? He pulled it out of a box of stuff he won at an auction. So no help there. Figured maybe some of you worldly members might know. One of those rare editions we didn't get in the states.

im not positive but i think its the valve cover from an acura EL. similar to the us model ex.

yes it will fit, and i actually think its a euro spec sohc valve cover, not an EL, but could be wrong.

yes they fit. all sohc vtec valve covers are all interchangeable.

Good to know, thanks for the info. Just thought the z6 and y8 were interchangeable.

It is physically the same as the USDM SOHC VTEC covers(and 96-00 nonvtec) It just has a complete different logo on it. I figure it has to be somthing EDM but Would like a definite idea of what it was on orginally. The Local Honda dealer(I'm great frends with the parts guys there) Exhausted everything they had - including the Acura dealers database trying to ID it's origin.

look at my last post, it shows a picture of the valve cover and the owner tells what kind of car he has.

That is off an Acura 1.6EL, US based dealers won't have access to this part as the car was only ever sold in Canada.
