Icon3 Raising Compression!!

I have a set of CTR pistons and I'm thinking about dropping them in my civic Si. I wanted to ask you guys what exactly would I need in order to run completely safe and if I would need a tune or not. Its my first car and after all my brothers past experiences with hondas, I wanted to do thinks right the first time. Thanks!

The pistons should be oversize and bore the cylinder out, or stock size and hone it and get new rings.

You need to tune since you'll be going from 10:1 to like 12:1 compression I think. You'll need to throw more fuel in and you will only really see a power gain if you put a header and better flowing intake as well as better cams in (preferably at least a stage 1 cam, but gsr and itr cams are still better than b16 cams).
