Default Raising car back to stock height after being lowered

My car has had lowering springs installed for about the past 2 years. I am planning on throwing the stock springs back on the car. Would it be a good idea to replace the stock struts when I raise the car? I'm figuring that they took a good amount of abuse.
If I should replace the stock struts what is a good replacement?

yes you should replace them. after 2 years they are without a doubt in crap condition...if your going to sell the car try and find some stock honda ones (not sure if you'll save money over aftermarket or not). good luck

Yeah honestly the stock ones have held up really well!!
I just know that they have taken a beating and figured that it's best to replace them as long as everything it taken apart'

Thanks for the info
