Rain in Speed Sensor?
I left my hydro ex tranny out in the rain under some trash bags, and found out that the speed sensor had some rainwater inside it. Will this cause it to not function properly? Or should it be fine? I plan on blow drying it if need be, and i heard spraying carb cleaner in there should help some.

possibly. I've had the pins on the VSS corrode and break off before. I think you should be okay if you let it dry out good, but it might die eventually.
Just buy another one when it goes. I got a used replacement for $10 on ebay.

Re: Rain in Speed Sensor?
How long would you say until it goes out? Is it Pretty easy to remove and re-install another one?
Kinda new to eg's and fairly unfamiliar to hydro transmissions.

Shouldn't be hard at all. Its probably just 1 or 2 10mm bolts that hold it down. and you don't have to match up any teeth on the gears so its just remove bolts, and gently pull up on the vss with a slight twisting action. should come out just fine. once you pull it out let it dry under a blow dryer or something then just put some dielectric grease into the connecter and it should be just fine.
