did an ls swap into my 98 civic a month ago and having problems with the damn upper radiator hose still leaking even after I clamped the hell out of it. I was told I should've used a reducer so that I wouldn't have to clamp it so much and put less stress on the hose and most of all reduce the leaks. so from what size reducer do I need to make this work? its using a civic half radiator dual core cause I was automatic.

I took the stock civic radiator hose and cut it so it just covers the radiator nipple. Then I slid the b18 radiator hose over the civic one and clamped it down. No leaks for 4 months.

so it fits inside? i thought it'd be too big for something like that
