im not sure if this is the same for the 00 civic...but for my 93 hatch, i know that if the motor has a B16A head or Type R, use 94 Del Sol DOHC VTEC.
For engines with B18C head, use 94 GSR
and the lower radiator hose from a 94 del Sol DOHC VTEC.
but thats for 5th gen civic...
u might want to look into 99-00 SI (EM1) hoses...maybe those work

The OEM B18C hoses will not fit properly over the stock EX radiator. The EX radiator has an outer diameter of 1 1/8" and the B18C hoses have an inner diameter of 1 1/4".
You need a Del Sol VTEC radiator or a 99-00 Civic Si Radiator.

It depends. I used some hardcore t-clamps on mine, and two different sets of worm clamps, and the top hose still leaked. I just replaced the radiator and it worked fine. Also gives you that nice dual core instead of the single core SOHC radiator.
