hmmm...i'm not sure, but i think they will. only way to find out for sure is to just try it.

well if the 14" HX rim wont fit onto an 99-00 Si without modification, it gives me an answer that the 13" VX rim will fit onto an integra.

but he's talking about the rear. i think i recall fitting 13" steelies on my GSR rear disc brakes. just try it, not like it's going to take several hours to do.

i think 94+ integra steelies/rims are 14" or bigger. well like AzntaggeR said, just try it.

what about the 92-95 civic si, they came w/ 13" steelies right? or 14"?

No, you won't. VX wheels fit right over the rear discs.
However, they won't fit over the 10.3" front brakes found on '90-01 Integras, '90-00 Civic EX, and '94-95/'99-00 Civic Si.
If you have the smaller 9.5" front brakes found on all other '88-00 Civics, then you're in the clear.

As the above poster stated, and to confirm:
13" wheels WILL NOT fit on the front.
13" wheels WILL fit on the back.
How do I know? Because I'm running 14" in the front, and 13" in the back on my Teg LS (not by choice).

Final confirm. yes they fit over the rear, I'm looking out my window now at my roomates GSR with vx wheels in the back
