Radiator Flush
I know theres an easy way and then a FULL way to flush the radiator. Anybody know the full way? It has something to do with hooking a hose up to the radiator but i'm not sure. If you have any how to links or anything let me know! Thanks..

Re: Radiator Flush
**depending on your car, Honda-Acura whatever, it comes with an aluminum radiator in which case you should just replace the old coolant with new stuff!
Get some Prestone Rad Flush, a new thermostat and thermo gasket -- undo the hoses, and take out the thermostat and clean the housing. Pull the plug at the bottom of the radiator and drain it. Undo the cap on the top and pour in the flush -- read the back, its a different amount for different cyl engines. Now, plug up the rad at the bottom, pour in your coolant, install your thermostat and gasket....check everything for leaks and let the car run.
** Check the temp gauge and around the hoses for corroded ends.
