Default Radiator fan problem.........

Im having a hard time trying to figure out what is wrong with my fathers 98 Civic LX. For some reason the fan won't come on. I have tested the t-stat,fan switch, relay and fuse. All are working as they should. When I jump the fan switch harness it does come on. The temp gauge is reading normal. I have searched for the past 45 minutes without any results of what I am dealing with.

Default Re: (Relic1)

The fan switch has been replaced and I also tested it to see if it is working and it is. The connection to the switch is also fine.
