Only difference is where the bumper mounts to it. The 99-00 is skinier then 96-98.

The only thing i can think of is the hole wont be in the right place, which is fixed very easily. However the mount may be to narrow fot the bumpe to mount perfect.

If you have it, you may be able to take the ones of the 96-98 coresupport and put them on the new one.

It will take a couple hours, or less if they know what they are doing.

It is held on with spot welds, and should be put back on with spot welds. It overall is quite easy to do. Most shops will quote 600-1000+ to do it.

Im going on what i was told. When i wrecked my car the least i was quoted was 775, the most 1100.

The fastest i have a core support was 4 hours.
