did you bleed all the air out of the coolant system when you changed the t-stat and hose? also, do you mean that there are air bubble coming out in the container?

bubbling coming out the container..so your saying the reservoir next to the radiator? or you open the radiator cap and it's bubbling.

If it was bubbling inside the container then I would say head gasket for sure...

yeah, definatly headgasket... and depending how how much it over heated and how many times, there could be other damage too. i.e. warped head or block

Yup. I have seen honda motors overheat so much it pulls the head studs out of the block.

Try refilling the radiator and bleeding the system first and see what happens.

If you are still getting problems get a block tester and use it,if your headgasket is gone and leaking into the coolant it will show up with the block tester.

So your saying you have an external leak? If so, fix all these leaks first then head gasket if it still needs it.
