R/C 550 injectors wont fit in my blox b16/itr manifold HELP!!!!!!
Ok i just installed my blox intake manifold and my rc injectors wont fit. I know there is a how to on how to make them fit but i cant find it. I dremeled the o ring out to it can rest inside but it looks like the bottom of the rc injectors is too big. I heard there was a kit where u can use so u dont have to dremel the blox manifold or is there another kind of injector that you can use so u dont have to do n e thing but plug and play. thanks
Here are the pics. I have been using the smaller o rings but will this bigger o ring work fine? The in jectors wont go in any further and also the spacers between the fuel rail and I.M. was removed.

Did you buy the injectors new or used. Did they come with the Big O ring? You need to use that instead of the honda holders that are there.

I bought them used. So if i go out and buy the big O rings then it should fit?

This happened to me as well. Do the injectors feel as if they would fall out when fuel pressure is up? An auto parts store will have a kit of fuel injection o rings with a bunch of different sizes. What I did was stack one on the injector after I put the ones that came with it on. They all snapped in and stayed in. (as far as i know, dont have the car anymore)

I got it to work. I guess I have to use the over sized o rings that fit the ls intake mani. They were the big o rings that are on the rc injectors pictured aboved. Just use the dremel and dremel out the O rings in the middle so its a lil tight fit on the IM. Use a lil brake cleaner to lube up the thing and pop that sucker in. Thanks for everyones help. Hope this helps out other people as well.
