Mugen's pretty quite. GReddy SP is also not to loud and has a nice tone to it. Go with the Mugen if u have the $$$.

i agree (from experience) with downey - mugen doesn't have that buzzin' sound due to the twin loop, downside is the cost, - any clue if you could use a stock ITR muffler with custom mandrel bend piping? - just an idea

we just put a Apex'i World Sport on my friend's 99 Si and damn....its like the damn thing aint even there...all i hear is the intake still...looks nice...really good pricing...and cant beat that quietness...

How about this for a performance exhaust...stock ITR exhaust, the piping is 2 1/4 mandrel bent and it is quite as hell...and yes it fits civic's all you have to do is make a 2 inch extension piece between the cat and the begining of the exhaust.
