Default quick release wheel

hey guys, i just need a quick opinion. i'm looking for a decent quality quick release steering wheel for 2 reasons. 1)good theft prevention, at least from taking the whole car and 2) i want something with a smaller diameter than the stock one. I got a plain and simple 00' civic just in case that matters. thanks in advance.

i have a 320 mm momo tuner steering wheel and i like it a lot. Also i would recommend getting nrg's new short hub...it's so much comfortable to me compared to the old style hubs

yea, i've thought about the airbag and all. I never thought about insurance though. This is all my friend's fault and his dumb g35. My wheel feels like I should have 18 tires on my ride compared to that. Do you have any good suggestions on places to buy from?
