Default Quick rear disc question

99 si rear disc into 99 cx

all the part i have are:

whole trailing arm
e-brake cables
brake lines from 99 si


this is all i need correct?

i have heard of people running without the prop valve just fine, right?

would wait but bro spun out and rear mess messed up...lets just say ++++ camber and toe is not good

hatch already has the "correct" prop valve
