Just make sure to replace the gasket and when you replace the gasket, use the sealant as well. Lots of them. Otherwise, you'll have leaks all over because of the amount of oil pressure in the pan.

Read the manual. There's a certain way to do it. There's torque specs and a certain sequence in which is tighten the bolts. You could find it online I'm sure. If you don't do it right, it will just leak again. Also you're gonna want to have the car sit for good day or two if possible so all the oil falls to the bottom. In other words get it to where it needs to be and let it sit. Don't start it. Because it will just keep dripping and dripping. Also you may have to take off the downpipe. You may want to replace the exhaust gaskets while you're there. But as far as I've read/been told you can reuse the oil pan bolts.

There's no oil pressure in the oil pan. There may be slight pressure from blow by if your engine has many miles and this will cause all the seals to seep.

Removing the exhaust and stiffener if equipped will be necessary. New exhaust gaskets are required. Use a little sealer at the ends/corners of the curved areas. Never blob excessive sealant on, it will not only likely leak, but you'll end of with sealant particles clogging up your oil pickup screen or oil galleys and starving your engine of oil.

Proper use of sealant is an art form.

Honda Bond is superior (you get what you pay for).

Watch out for the razor sharp oil pan/baffle edges, or enjoy your oily laceration.

Use a torque wrench and proper torque values.

Yes, use Honda Bond in the correct spots. There's like four little spots where you need to put a little bit of it I believe.
