Quick question: changing CV axels, should I buy tool?
Seen some CV axel separation tools.
I have changed cv axels before on my MX3 but never on the Civic.
Would you guys recommend such tool?
Part #? Brand?

2 hands and wiggle them right out of trans. For hub side u will need a 32mm axle nut socket (not thing special just a 32mm), a BFH (for hitting on side if lower ball joint to break taper loose), and 2 17mm sockets/ wrenches, and possibly 18mm fir castle nut on lower ball joint if not oem

I just use a hammer. Usually just gotta hit it a few times. (Not the actual ball joint)
