Quick question about exhaust swaps (really quick!)
EDIT: NEW QUESTION! How can you check to see whether it's an EVO2 or an EVO? My friend couldn't remember which one it was because he bought it awhile ago, and if I'm not mistaken only the EVO2 is stainless steel. I don't want the muffler rusting and falling off on the highway...
My friend is selling his 99 SI and took off his Greddy EVO2 catback. I have a 98 civic EX 4dr. Can I put his exhaust on my car? Would it need much, if any, modifications?

Ok thanks a lot. I checked and the parts number on the GReddy website is the same for the SI and the Ex, so I think I should be ok.
Is there any way I can check the exhaust to make sure it's actually an EVO2 and not an EVO? If I'm not mistaken, wasn't the EVO not made out of stainless steel, whereas the EVO2 is?
