quick question about 92-95 civic throttle body

quick question about 92-95 civic throttle body
sup guys, i just purchased a stock dx intake manifold with Tb. why does some TB comes with the top sensor. the one i purchase dont have the top sensor and when i check my friend dx hatch, it got the top sensor and my cx hatch got it too.
anyone know why. do i still use the TB one only one sensor on the side, but my cx comes with two sensor plug, the top and the side.

Top sensor? You might be referring to the MAP sensor.
They are universal and you may use the MAP sensor off any OBD1 or 2 on your TB.

If the MAP sensor is not mounted on top of the TB, then there should be a vacuum nipple on the top of the throttle body -- which in case, you may use a universal MAP sensor (like mentioned above), and run a vacuum line from that nipple to the MAP sensor.

so u mean that automatic Tb comes with only the side sensor and not the top.
cuz a manaul TB comes with the side and the top sensor. and the TB i purchase only got the side. so do i still use the new TB i got and leave the one sensor plug hanging. or get the one with two sensor. this is wat i mean
