Default quick question

whats up doods,i gotta do an oil change on my bro's 92 civic and i need to know if i can jack it up from the front?..is that part of the frame that the rad sits on strong enough to jack from there?

Theres an identation just off center on the driver side under the front bumper where the frame sticks out past the splash shield a little bit...you can jack on that (theheheheh jack on that thehehehhehe)

But what happens when he wants to use jackstands????

Under the front of the car are 2 tow hooks. You can jack on them (thehehehe jack on them thehehehe) ANd place the stands on the rail of the frame in those groves.

I jack from the indentation in the middle under the bumper, and then put the jackstands under the suspension subframe.

That seams more safer... I have never personally done it up from the tow hook, but i have read about it. Either way will work i guess
