QUICK QUESTION
Ok, so I'm finished putting my B16A2 in my '93 Ex Coupe. I'm using a stock P2T with a Locash Racing jumper harness. I used the distributor that came with the motor and I'm not sure what OBD it is. Anyways, it's not starting. It's turning over but not catching. I'm thinking it's not getting spark. So my question is, if I'm running OBD2B do I need to run a OBD2B distributor? TIA

Re: QUICK QUESTION (Kyoh)
YES.
the obd2b sensors in the disty are not the same as the obd0, obd1 or obd2a. Also some but not all (i believe) b16's used a CKY sensor that is on the front of the crank and not in the disty. that sensor tells the ecu when to make the coil spark.

WRONG. The CKF sensor near the oil pump is ONLY used for detecting fluctuations in crankshaft rotation which indicates misfire.
There are no internal differences between OBD1 and OBD2 dizzys except for the plug, and OBD2B dizzys don't have the blue RPM output wire.
Regarding the crankshaft flucuation sensor (CKF) near the oil pump, yes you will need to either wire it or for something way easier, splice that wire into the CKP wire sensor in the dizzy.
Here is a nice write-up on it:

I already used that trick just did it on the jumper harness. The dizzy came on the motor with no plugs on it but all the wires matched my Z6 dizzy so i just de-pinned it used the plugs in the same color holes. I'm not sure if the coil in the dizzy is good or not but #1 spark plug didn't get spark when I pulled it out.
OH! I also didn't wire up the 2nd O2 sensor, knock sensor. or OBD2B EVAP crap. I didn't cause I just need to go back to work on Thursday as a delivery driver and need this thing to run NOW! Please help?
