I have a 2000 ex with a jdm b16. it is converted to obd1. I have to pass emissions soon so do I have to change anything with the distributor to convert it back to obd2? Or do I just have to switch out the ecu and injectors?

wouldn't they just inspect it like any other car with 0bD1 by throwing the sniffer in the tail pipe?
or are you not running a cat?

i dont think ur technically supposed to backdate a car in the us... so if you have a odb2 car then i think they are supposed to use the obd2 test. from what i've read you are technically always supposed to put a same year or newer engine in a car.

I understand all of that I just was wondering if I would have compatiblity issues with the obd 1 dizzy and the obd2 computer.

Sorry I was kinda vague with my question.
