Default Quick Drain Attachement for Engine Oil

I'm sure some if not most of you have seen the quick drain attachments that replace the drain plug, and they have a one way hose attachement that when you attach the hose it drains the oil. Seems quick and easy to do oil changes. I was just curious if any of you have tried it and what your thoughts were on those.

never tried it.. but it really isn't that hard to take the bolt out yourself when you do an oil change.. and plus honda's are not known for easily stripping oil pan bolt threads like VWs.. I'd stay away from it but that's just me

no. i heard the nipple can get popped open on a bump and all of a sudden - there goes all ur oil. even it it can't, that's still too risky. I wouldn't risk that.

*edit - besides...where else are u gunna put ur magnetic drain plugs?*

*post edit - or SPOON magnetic drain plugs...j/k*

Thanks for the input, guys!!

I was just curious, I saw them over at wal-mart the other day. I know Performance Porsche carries them but they aren't the cheapy one that I saw at Wal-mart. I'm not gonna do it, but was just curious to see anyone here has tried it out and what their experiences were.
