Quick d16y8 head gasket question
i did a mini me on my d15 block and torqued the head down and had it running for a lil bit. the head turned out to be bad and now i have another one, could i re use my y8 gasket? if not why?

yes you can reuse head gasket but recommended to get a new one why not? if you reuse it copper (sealant) spray it. and should hold fine.
