Default Quick AEM Short Ram Question

I know that the hose from the valve cover goes into the nipple, but what goes into the two holes? (d16z6)

r u sure u got the right short ram intake for your motor? i know that 90-93 integras have those two holes that you are talking about but not the z6. i think those two holes are supposed to be for vacuum lines but u probably dont need them on your motor so i think u can cover them up.
