Default questions regarding b20vtec

Well I have some questions.. I currently have a b16a and I just picked up my b20... I have plans to go b20vtec. For now I'm gonna drop the b20 in my hatch. But will it run good with my b16 tranny? What tranny would work good for my setup? Also same question for an ecu.. Thanks

tranny you'll be fine, the b16 has really short gears, which is good as long as your staying all-motor, if u want to go boost then look into the LS trannys, i beleive there is a kit to put the vtec head onto the b20 block, it comes with dowlings and headgasket and i beleive an oil line, the ecu you may have some slight problems running a lil lean, try a fuel pressure regulator and a VAFC to rich and lean it out, if properly done those b20vtecs are fun as expletive, o yeah have fun snapping axles lol

No I'm not looking into boosting it... I have an ecu that has a slot so it can hook up to a comp and be tuned... can I just do that? Go and get it re tuned? Also would b16 headers fit the b20? Snapping axles? That's no fun
