It looks like its just a cover. What kind of car is it?
Looks something you could get at honda if you
are set on replacing it.

eh... it doesnt look like anything to important to me... maybe a shield to block water spray or something. Id rip it off and not worry bout a new one.. stage 1 weight reduction man

It's more than likely not important, but I'm pretty sure you could buy one of those from your local Honda dealer.

Hey bro that thing covers some kind of hard metal or plastic lines...maybe gas?? I think if you trace it it goes from the gas tank to the fuel filter...just a though...go to www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and look up the fuel system for your car...GOOD luck

Fuel/brake line cover.
It's light. Very light. Functional though.
I suggest replacement, or at least getting it to stick back up there where it's supposed to be.
