questions about 96 civic

need help, confused as fakk
ok, my friend has a 96 civic lx 5speed, however, it has a d15z1 with a p07-1 head. according to https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=786093 that head is for that engine, however, he has a p2e ecu. i am thinking that someone swapped the engine with this one because according to http://www.geocities.com/Motor....html he should have a d16y7. i need you guru's to help me out and tell me if i am correct in thinking this engine got swapped. if it did, would he just need a NON vtec head and dizzy to make it work. also what dizzy is supposed to work with this head? i would like to take his vtec head on use it on my d15b7. i know i need the right dizzy, ecu (p28 or p30) and the vtect subharness or run wires myself for vtec. what i need to know is, do i have to drill the oil passage or no. please help me out. thank you.
