question on which wheels?? POLL
i am looking at one of these two set-ups, both from http://www.machiii.net:
1. 15" bronze rota group n's with 205/50/15 Azenis (mounted and balanced), lugs, and hubrings - $750 shipped on special
2. 15" bronze rota c8's - $450 shipped (would have to get the lugs, hub rings, tires, mounting and balancing separate, total for package probably around $875).
i really like the c8's a lot more than the group n's, and i definitely want bronze. the car is a 94 civic coupe that will be silverstone metallic in about a month. so what do you guys think, get the fantastic deal on the group n package, or go with the c8's (maybe find them used if i can). thanks.

Re: question on which wheels?? POLL (EricEG)
they are the rnr knockoff's. i know that i should get what i really want, but it is a great deal on the group n's and i do like them, just not as much as the c8's. i think this is because i have never seen a set of bronze group n's, let a lone on a car. if anyone has a pic, id love to see it. thanks for the replies though. keep em coming.

Re: question on which wheels?? POLL (deviant94ex)
I would only buy the rnr knock off;s for their looks and be it, its hard as **** to find a new set of r&r;s with a factory reciept for insurance!
and if my car got stolen again for the bajillioneth time i wouldnt cry for losing 1400 dollars worth of rim and 400 dollars worth of tire!!! but the cirtcuit 8; and slipstreams!!!

i voted for the c8's because i think of the two wheels in bronze i like the c8's better. if you like the c8's better you're only going to kick yourself for getting the ones on special. get what you want, don't compromise for the price. either way machiii is a great place. that's where i got my wheels, tires, and shocks.

Re: question on which wheels?? POLL (all stock)
are you sure that th c8's dont need (or maybe not need, but could benefit from) hubrings. there are many posts about rota wheels and hubrings. no one specifically mentions the c8's however. does anyone knwo the centerbore of 15x6.5 c8's and the hub width of a 94 civic ex coupe. if they are different, then i would think that i should have hubrings. they may not be 100% necessary for the wheels to be mounted and used, but i know that i would feel better knowing that everthing was lined up nice and neat. thanks for any info you guys can give.

just like the first post says, http://www.machiii.net. if you dont want the package deal, they sell just the rims for $500 shipped with lug nut set and hubring kit.

Re: question on which wheels?? POLL (isotopesope)
so does anyone know the answer to this....
do the c8's need hubrings or not? i know that the slips do, so i would assume that since the c8's are also a universal 4x100 pattern that they would as well. thanks for any help....

Re: question on which wheels?? POLL (deviant94ex)
i'm sure they need them. since the wheels are not made by honda they don't have the specific honda hub size, hence the need for hubcentric rings to make up for the differences in vehicle manufacturer's hubs. i'm sure rota has a standard of one hub size for all their wheel designs. i would get them to be safe. they're dirt cheap anyway.
