question on va inspection and lowered cars

I just lowered my car and it has about a one finger gap all around. Is that too low for VA inspectors not to pass you?

my car is lowered and i just got an inspection at the beginning of september and i didnt have any problems...the front of my car is about that low...i dont think they look for that anyways...

it has the bumper height law on there but it does not have it as something to check for in the inspection procedure...
