Default question for those with fender braces...

I'm looking at making a set for a Prelude. I've looked at frame charts for the Civic, Teg, and Lude along side pics of the actual braces. My question is since the area where the door hinges bolt to isn't part of the actual frame, does the brace add enough load to the door post to move the door around? Do any of you with thse braces see, hear, or feel the door move durring a turn? I know that the door is supposed to become part of the structure of the car when closed, but I only see that being enough for loads from the side like durring a crash. How about loads from other directions?
