They'll work as well as any other monkey bars would; which is to say, not do much at all. So, if you like them, and think they'd look nice on your car, go for it.
Those are different from a sway bar though.

They don't do jack ****. But my friend bought those and the uppers fit well. Never got to the lower ones (sold car)
