Icon2 Question: Max hp for turbo daily driver

I was just curious on what could be the max hp on a turbo daily driver. It already has a turbo setup on a b16 but its time for a much needed upgrade and rebuild.

This is my plan:

golden eagle sleeve bore to 1.8l
new pistons, eagle rods are still good from my old setup
new parts for the head, new springs, retainer, valves
peakboost ftw manifold
gt35r or gt30r
3 in exhaust
edlebrock victorx manifold
fullrace backdoor intercooler for ek
s300
replace old six puck with new one

im trying to obtain 600hp but ill be content with 500hp

Adding cams? if not....your limiting yourself badly with that stroker. So I'd add a set of cams. But, IMO I wouldn't try to push 500+ hp on a daily. 300-400 would be plenty lol. But Bisi does drive his wagon with 702 WHP daily no problems. All I can say is make sure your tune is GREAT.

Why do you want or even need so much power on a daily driver?

I'd be content with 5-10 lbs of boost and 200+ hp for a daily driver... Especially in a hatch that weighs <2100 lbs.

honestly what you are trying to do is like shooting a mouse with a 12 guage. OVER KILL.

my buddies del sol has 434 and its kinda DD and its nuts no traction what so ever. 450 is honestly where you draw the line for a DD car. IMO

you want a reliable 600 hp daily? good luck with that sir. Sure it could be done, but, how long will it stay reliable? no one knows.

Friend had 480@wheels in his boosted kswaped hatch, traction was no excitint.
He dailyed it for 6 months, and gave in and bought an accord for a dd.

Or you could tune it low for dd, and crank that **** when racing,

In a proper spot not on street.
