what can i use or do to clean the interior cloth on the top where the light is...on my first civic, i used a stain remover and scrubbed it with a rag, and it cleaned fine, BUT i guess it got soaked and made FAT bubbles and now it hung down...how can i clean it without making it bubble etc??

I believe it is referred to as a headliner, I would try some warm soapy water, and don't scrub too hard, maybe pat dry, the scrubbing is probably what made the other one loose. Just be gentle and don't use to harsh of chemicals on it.

If your headliner still comes down after you clean it , go out and get you some 3M spray adhesive and fix it. It's pretty easy to do.
