Default question on eg bumpers

has any one swaped bumpers on a four door to a coupe bumper ?? does it required anything to be change or anything or is it direct??

Coupe/hatch front bumper, hood, fenders, and corners. The right way to do it pretty much is cut the sedan and coupe/hatch fenders in half and weld them together so the bumper lines up. If you don't use the coupe/hatch fenders your front bumper will have gaps on the sides, you can use a heat gun and try to mold it though

F*ck no!
Just a bumper and if you have some experience with body work, you can make it fit just fine. Just need bumper, that's it. Yes, a lot of people don't do it perfectly and the gap looks like crap, but you definately don't need all that, unless you get them for free or something...

if i jsut slap the front bumper on how big are the gaps going to be?
is it worth doing it?

bro i have done it on mine and yes its a lil major work..cuz da bumper is not right bolt on u need to drill some holes and fender samething front lights corner and hood to make it look proper pizzzzzz

hmm i think if you get the whole front end [hood, bumer, headlight, corner, fenders, you can do the swap easily. i might be wrong

Tried, needed too much work, dumped the idea. Not to say that it can't be done, but needs some work.. depending on how much work is work, this could possibly be a mod for you.

FYI, The mounts from an EG6 front bumper do not line up with 4 door EG9. Tried.

I'm not sure of the coupe, as it's quite rare to see one where I'm from, but if it's similar to the EG HB, then the mounts aren't similar.

got anything else to say??....is that all?? any more commets you have to say to me ?? are you done wasting my time fwdtamiya ???.... are all questions from noobs dumb??...... welp when i searched for this topic i couldn't find it in recent or archived so i figured id go a head and ask it anyways. and those links that you posted shows them on the car it self which i get the picture but none of them when i read it told if you need to or not just alot of comments on how it looks nothing on where to bolt it up or what needs to be cut or what to do and what not.
