Question bout removing Moldings and Handles

Default Question bout removing Moldings and Handles

how do i remove the side moldings and handles off of a 6th gen civic without damaging the car? help me out.

ive got 92 hatch and took the door panle off sqweased the clip and thats it i dont think yours are different but not sure use pliers for the fender and go in from the side but there are gonna be wholes im gettin mine shaved soon big $$$$

well the side molding on the 96 - 2000 civics are connected to the body through bolts on the door panel . For example on the driver's door . if you open the door and look on the inside panel of the actual door where the latching mechanisim is . You will see one bolt there . its a long pretruding hex bolt . remove as many of these and then remove molding . (But bare in mind they have adhesive strips on them so I am sure its not gonna be a smooth removal . Hope I have been some help .
