question bout jdm headlight 92 - 95
i recently ordered the 92 - 95 jdm headlights for my civic coupe...and i was wondering...when i ordered it, it says it takes H4h bulbs...can it take regular h4 bulbs? or wat?

H4's are fatter. and the H4H's are skinner. That is all. You can fit H4's into H4H's, but it takes some modding of the bulb

what the hell is the difference in headlights?????
JDM = Plastic, with no nipples, uses JDM H4H bulbs, also has courtesy lights built in.

Well i just got the JDM headlights in and one of the bulbs would only do high beam and not low beam. So at low beam, I only had one bulb on of the set. I really didnt feel like spending $90 to get some H4H bulbs. So I found my tool (medal cutting siccors) and got to work on the H4 bulb. If you trim the inside ring so that it is really small and the 3 prongs that stick out you have to trim a bit also. Just keep trimming the metal down till its fits in the H4H spot. Use the H4H bulb as a kinda guide reference too. Not really much to it. Just some cutting.
