you are going to want to tune them with something preferebly that uses tps input or alpha-n.

I wanted to tune it my self with the apexi, but everybody tell me that I will need hondata or crome.

hondata, crome, or any other tuning software that allows you to use tps input only or a map/tps combination will make the engine run much better than a simple vafc.

or are you talking about a powerFC?

It works really nice I just use 3 gal. of 93 octane fuel for each gal. of vp c-12 to stop knocking at low rpms.

or you could use an actual tuning program and be perfectly fine with regular 93. hell you might even be able to squeeze out a few more hp by tuning the fuel and ignition maps seperately.

I already sold the complete intake system, and finished port matching the new itb's.
I will install them tomorrow and will try to tune them a little bit so I can get to the dyno on monday. I have a friend that knows how to work with crome, hope he could go with me...

where can I find an example of a nice timing curve for an engine like mine, so I could have something to start with?

if you havent already, you might want to think about tapping the runners and running a vac line to a single source for a better signal. there's a couple guys in the all motor forum with twm's that have done this.
