Question about starting my car?
Hey guys,
When I am first starting(cold engine) my car I notice that it takes a longer crank for my car to start...it takes around 1.5 - 3 seconds for the car to finally start. After that during the day, when ever i start my car, it starts right away....is there anything that i can do to fix this?

Re: Question about starting my car?
Try starting an 86 Blazer with a manual choke in 20 degree weather and you'll appreciate not having to baby it for minutes. Ha ha, my old rig.
I'm use to it and it depends on how long it sits i suppose but if you are really concerned check things such as plugs and plug wires, fuel filter (and delivery), injectors, starter, oil level / filter, and battery. I'm not saying that will fix your issue but then again it never hurts to check.
