Default Question about seats in a bubble....

I was wondering is it possible to fit 8th gen civic si rear seats in a 94 bubble? I've been doing a lot of research and can't find any information on this mod. Let me know as soon as possible if you have any experience or info about this.

Well first you'd need custom rails for sure and 2nd they will probably look big bulky and out of place in a old hatchback. Support also sucks with the si seats, though I'm a skinny guy, seat were most likely intended for the average chunky american.

Yes; I have them in my 95 coupe. I will post pics later. Rails need light modification.

They actually fit much better than ITR recaros.

agreed

i think you guys are a lil confused..
OP stated he wants to install REAR seats from a 08~ si in his 92 95 civic "bubble" i am assuming that is a hatch he is referring to... rear seats have no rails or brackets per say. they bolt in.

No

Do you have the 8th gen rear seats? if yes, install them, make em fit. post pics and you tell US how you did it.. if it looks good then we will congratulate you...possibly a free cookie.

being serious though.. try it out and let us know..it sounds like it would look cool but they may be too wide without modification.

My mistake; rear seats don't bolt in. I was thinking pf fronts and upon re-reading realized the irrelevance. They just kinda sit there it's wack. Stitching lines up nicely though. Would love to see if anyone has fixed this issue.
