Question about RPM and Speed
I owned a 99 honda civic SI just change my timing belt can anyone tell me the RPM is right with the Speed...1st gear's 4,000rpm at 20mph..2nd gear's 4,000 rpm at 30mph...3rd gear's 4,000 at 40mph.....1st gear's 8,000 rpm at 39-40mph..2nd gear's 8,000rpm at 60mph???

Your timing belt has nothing to do with your RPM vs. speed. It links the crankshaft to the camshafts; 2 revolutions of the crankshaft to one revolution of a camshaft. Your transmission is what regulates RPM vs. speed; as long as you didn't change individual gear ratios or final drive (lol) or tire size, you won't have any change in RPM.
