Question about retrofit HID's.
I have a 2000 Civic Si and I was wondering if the HID kit from an Acura TSX or TL would work I don't know what their bulb size is but would anybody know if this can be done and if it has been and if you could give me some information I would appreciate it. Also if they won't work what is the most common retrofit done??? Thanks for the help..

Do those cars come with projectors or HID reflectors?
If they come with projectors than the bulbs type would be D2S.
If they come with reflectors than the bulbs are D2R.
It will work with a caspers h4 adapter but I don't suggest it... Mainly because your reflectors now are made for halogen and not xenon. I'm not sure how much glare the casper adapters take away but your current headlights were never meant for hids.
go to http://www.hidplant.com for more info.
