If you buy an oem sensor than it will plug right up...if not you will have to splice the wires from the harnes to the sensor together...its just 2 wires

So any honda o2 sensor will work? Or does it have to be made for a 96-00 civic, or be OBD2???

Did you try heating up around the sensor with a torch and then removing it? Sometimes that will break um loose. Or spray it down with penetrating oil? Kroil can work wonders.

Re: (Tzer)
Yeah we tried everthing.. the sensor is stuck, and it's not coming out, at least in one piece.
So he just has to get any OBD2 "Front" o2 sensor? Is the header sensor considered the "front" sensor, or is there a dif name for it?
Also whats a good price for one new? would anyone reccomend buying a used one?
