I have a 93 EX that I just changed the transmission in, and it sounds like the throw out bearing is riding, because when I depress the clutch pedal to the floor the noise goes away I adjusted the clutch pedal and the noise didn't go away or change, any help would greatly be appreciated, I'm about to shoot the damn thing. I drove the car and it shifts fine and runs great.

You'll need:

Input shaft bearing
Input shaft seal
Main seal

You need the input shaft bearing for the noise to go away and not screw your tranny. You need the other 2 seals because everytime you pull your tranny, those 2 seals can and will leak.

could be the bearing on the tranny's exterior/bellhousing that butts up gainst the pressure plate.
the throwout bearing?

did you use the one on the "new" tranny?
--->meaning you swapped trannys but didnt keep your old bearing that worked correctly ?

When you say input shaft bearing do you mean the pilot bearing in the flywheel, well anyways when I replaced the tranny I changed the pressure plate, clutch, pilot bearing and throw out bearing.
