question about idle, with videoclip

question about idle, with videoclip
2 questions
1. lets say your idle is at 700, and you rev really high, does your idle drop below 700 and then up to normal, or does it slow down above 700, and then drop to normal? and to which extreme?
2. when im on the gas a little, and i bring it upto 1500 rpm, it would like jerk, and the tach needle would bounce back, just check the video clip, and id be glad to know if anyone knows what is causing this

on another note, my engine was throwing the code where either my iacv or fast idle is bad, so to be safe i replaced both, but the cel is still there, i reset ecu and everything

the fast idle too
but i STILL get the cel even with the ecu reset
can u guys answer my 1st question too?
do idles usually drop to idle? or raise to it?

Also you might want to take note that honda tach's are off. according to my tach im at 1200 and my vtec controller tells me 900. and when i race my shift light comes on at 8500. but the tach reads 9k. Same thing with my friends coupe.
